Right of Withdrawal
1. Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement – for example, by e-mail or by letter. You may use the model withdrawal form in section 3, but you are not required to do so.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Return the goods within 14 days of your notice – as complete as possible and in their original packaging.

Model withdrawal form pursuant to Annex I Part B of Directive 2011/83/EU. You may also withdraw by any other unequivocal statement. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods were faulty or incorrectly delivered.
4. Returning the goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before that period has expired.

Please return the goods as complete as possible and in their original packaging. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods delivered were faulty or incorrect.
5. Effects of withdrawal and refund
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery – with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us – without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which were unsealed after delivery, nor to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, nor to gift cards.
