Product safety: report incidents and complaints

If you have observed an accident, an undesirable effect or a safety issue in connection with an equion product, please report it to us – regardless of whether any damage occurred.

Helpful details include: product name and size, item or batch number, date of purchase, a brief description of the incident and, if possible, a photo. We will confirm receipt and get back to you within three working days.

We review every report and keep an internal register of complaints, recalls and corrective measures. We use your data solely to process your report and delete it no later than five years after receipt.
